Arbitre Météo BTP helps construction tradespeople decide whether the weather allows work on their jobsites. This page explains what data the app uses, why, and how to delete it.

What we do not collect

Data used and purposes

Email address and identifier provided by “Sign in with Apple” (Apple may provide a relay address)To secure your account and restore it on another phone.

Legal bases: performance of the service you use, your consent for notifications and photo access, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

Service providers

Some of these providers are based outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers rely on the GDPR safeguards offered by these providers. Your data is never sold.

Retention

Deleting your account

In the app: Account › My profile › Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: account, sites, photos, history and notification tokens are erased, and the “Sign in with Apple” authorisation is revoked. Only an anonymous record that an account was deleted remains. You can also ask by email.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (cnil.fr).

Security

Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Your sign-in tokens are kept in the phone’s secure keychain. Photos are only reachable through temporary links.

Changes

Any significant change to this policy will be announced in the app. The update date is shown at the top of this page.
